Meet your hosts

  • Heidi is the founder of Breathe Bethesda, where she weaves breathwork, Reiki, and energy healing into spaces of deep care and transformation. With warmth and grounded presence, she guides others to reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves, and awaken their inner wisdom. Having walked her own path of healing, Heidi brings lived experience and intuitive insight to every session she offers. Her workshops invite you to slow down, soften, and open to the quiet power within.

  • Jessica has been performing and teaching belly dance for over twenty years. As a reiki practitioner and former massage therapist, she has seen how belly dance can be a powerful tool for grounding, connecting, and understanding the body. Dance is a healing force and a powerful form of expression.

  • Jennifer is an intuitive medium offering heart-centered readings to support clarity, healing, and connection. Through a blend of oracle or tarot cards and spirit-led messages, each session is unique and guided by your soul’s needs in the moment.

  • Becki is a certified Holistic Health Coach and 500-hour yoga teacher specializing in trauma-informed healing, somatic practices, and mind-body integration. Blending ancient wisdom with modern science, she helps her clients release emotional blocks, regulate stress, and reclaim their power. Known for her nurturing, grounded presence, she creates safe spaces for deep transformation through movement, breathwork, and soulful connection.
